Christina is a Licensed Professional Counselor with decades of experience. She loves people & enjoys guiding clients to higher personal satisfaction. She believes when people open to inner passion, deep levels of joy & confidence are achieved. Clients find her trustworthy, confidential, & caring. Her uplifting approach to change is based in positive psychology, cognitive-bias training, Buddhist philosophy (not religion), excellent communication skills, humor, & compassion, is all evidence-based. And, she lives her truth.  Christina earned a pilot's license 23 years ago & flies Idaho's famous wilderness in her taildragger. She raced vintage race cars three years in Colorado & regularly competes in the 20-mile Boulder Mountain skate ski race. She co-instructed aviation ground school for couple years on the side. In 2015, Christina flew east to compete in the annual Air Race Classic, a 2500 nm cross-country all women air race. Regardless of outcomes, adventures push personal satisfaction and demand a commitment to living fully. Additionally, she writes for national & local magazines & is a regular contributor for The Weekly Sun in her hometown.

about My Background

My career started  helping clients with addictions & violence. As co-director of a domestic violence program, I trained para-professional counselors & officers in responding to victims of sexual assault. I worked with children, teens & became a women's issues specialist before opening a private practice where I next guided Olympic athletes in Steamboat Springs, CO. I now live in Sun Valley, ID & specialize in thriving in life, relationships, creativity, & athletic peak performance. My work on wonder and adventure accentuates client's results.
